Rhodes Homes has built about a third of the community in Palm Hills. Rhodes Homes are unique in their own way. Rhodes Homes has single story homes and two story homes through out the Palm Hills community. Single story homes range between 1544 square feet and 2200 square feet. Two story homes from 2400 square feet to 4026 square feet. Price ranges for these re-sale homes are between $350,000 and $700,000. Rhodes homes build’s some of the finest homes I have seen.
Us Homes also provides both single and two story homes in the Palm Hills community. US Homes range in size from 1650 square feet to 2270 Square feet. Some US Homes come complete with 10 foot ceilings, and lots large enough for a pool or spa.
Palm Hills is a Guard Gated community and is probably the best priced Home Owners Association. Over the years since the Palm Hills community has been built the HOA started out at $56.00/month and now is nearing $65.00/month. The HOA provides security vehicle to roam the community, and the entrance is Guard Gated. Palm Hills also includes a play area and community park for the residence and guest.
