Old Vegas Manor & Old Vegas Estates are two communities combined into one. Old Vegas Manor & Old Vegas Estates are both an all single story community. Old Vegas Manor homes start at just over 1900 square feet & can range up to just over 2300 square feet. Old Vegas Estates homes range from just over 2500 square feet to over 3000 square feet of living space. Both Old Vegas Manor & Old Vegas Estates offer homes with three car garages, and 3 to 4 bedrooms. This community started development in 2004 and was completed in 2004.
First Light at Old Vegas Ranch & High Noon at Old Vegas Ranch are two town home communities in one. They are connected to Twilight at Old Vegas Ranch yet are a separate entity. First Light at Old Vegas Ranch & High Noon at Old Vegas Ranch are both gated communities. The square footage of these townhouses range from just over 1000 square feet with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & a 1 car garage to over 1500 square feet with 3 bedrooms, 2 ½ bathrooms and a 2 car garage. They are similar to tri-plexes. There are three units to a building, each unit with their own individual owner. Two of the three units in each building have their own private fenced backyard.
